Shipping Information

We offer complimentary Standard USPS shipping for all domestic orders over $150. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Orders placed after noon PST will begin processing the following business day. We are a small team and we personally process every order out of our studio in Berkeley, California. We can not offer in person pick-ups or drop-offs at this time. All orders must be sent through the mail.  Business days are Monday – Friday except holidays. 

 

 

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

All our products are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. Items purchased from us can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Unworn and unwashed items can be returned for any reason. Customers returning goods for an exchange over $45 value receive complimentary shipping back to us. Contact us and we will send you a paid postage label. Customer will pay for shipping if exchanged goods are under $45 value. Customers returning goods for refund are responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non refundable. If a complimentary gift is included in an order, the retail value of that gift will be deducted from any return amount within that order. A complementary gift is not returnable. Socks cannot be returned or exchanged. All international customers are responsible for all return shipping for exchanges or refunds.
